Developed primarily for use in target coating, CP is a daylight and UV responsive fluorescent pigment for water- and non-polar solvent-based formulations. As a dyed/pigmented thermoplastic sulphonamide-melamine-paraformaldehyde resin, CP is easily dispersible without the need for additional grinding. This is maximum color performance for minimum effort.
These properties – along with the beautiful radiant color they bring – make these high-visibility UV fluorescent pigments ideal for aqueous paper coating, water and non-polar solvent-based paints, and target coating items such as clay pigeons.
For aqueous formulations, we recommend the use of preservatives – combining bactericides and fungicides – to effectively control microorganisms.
